Shop policies

All items will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Please message us for details on expedited or overnight shipping. Tracking number will be sent as soon as the item is dispatched. 

Returns and exchanges 

• eligible only if item is incorrect size or damaged; otherwise only store credit permitted 
• Submit return requests within 14 days of purchase. Item must be unworn, not damaged and tags still attached.
• Send email request to start return request along with photos (if item is the incorrect size )
• Return will be processed once item is sent back and received by us. Tracking number is required in order to proceed with return request 
• NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Store credit only 
• Exchanges eligible within 30 days of purchase date with tags still attached an item unworn.
